2. Hosting and logs

Hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. Server logs may process IP address, access time, requested page, referrer, browser and operating system for secure delivery (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are deleted under IONOS policies. An Article 28 GDPR processing agreement is in place.

3. Encryption

Connections use HTTPS with TLS encryption.

4. Visitor counter

A counter at the bottom of the legal notice counts visitors at most once per day without cookies or third party transfers. IPv4 addresses are truncated to the first three blocks and IPv6 addresses to 48 bits. A SHA 256 hash combines this shortened address, browser identifier and a daily random salt. Daily hashes and salt are replaced on the next counter request after the day changes. Only the total count is retained long term. The full IP address is not stored by the counter. Some visitors may share the same daily identifier. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, interest in privacy conscious reach measurement.

5. Fonts

Fonts are hosted locally or supplied by the operating system. No external font service is contacted.

6. Contact form

Name, email, subject and message are emailed via the hosting provider to answer your inquiry, without a separate contact database. The form uses a hidden spam trap. Legal basis: consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where applicable, precontractual steps under Art. 6(1)(b). You may withdraw consent by email. Messages are deleted when no longer needed unless retention is required.

7. Google reCAPTCHA v3

Google reCAPTCHA v3 (Google Ireland Limited, Dublin) loads only after you click the activation button. After activation, Google may process your IP address, browser and device information and usage signals and may use cookies. The server sends a verification token, not an additional IP address, to Google. Transfers to the US may occur. Legal basis: consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where applicable, section 25(1) TDDDG. 8. Languages

Language links open separate pages. This website does not persist the language selection in local storage.

9. External links

Social links and payment links are ordinary hyperlinks. No third party content is loaded before clicking. For PayPal see PayPal privacy information.

10. Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing, withdraw consent and complain to a supervisory authority under the GDPR. Contact rene@kohli.de.
